About Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University

The Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University was established by the passing of an Act of Chhattisgarh State Government Assembly, Act No.25 of 2006 as per the Notification No. 639/21-A/ Prapuran/2004 as on 21^st January 2005. The university is named after one of the great social reformers in India, Swami Vivekananda. The university programs are available in the under graduate, post graduate, degree and diploma levels in the following main disciplines: Architecture and Pharmacy courses for all the university students. The university was formally inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh as on 30^th April 2005.
